Username is Numbers, No Notifications

Recently my Windows desktop app has started showing my username as numbers. Also my Bell notifications icon has dissapeared so I can no longer keep track of new albums etc from my artists.

On my phone my name shows up correctly but I cant find notifications anywhere either.

If I log into the web player I can see the bell and find my notifactions.

I have tried logging out/ reinstalling etc with no luck. Im guessing something is wrong with my account. Help!

Hey @lol168,

I think that this would be a issue for Spotify to deal with as they will be able to check your account.

Spotify Support can try to look into this for you.
