My Question or Issue

When trying to log in to Spotify Web Player in a new laptop (with email, not Facebook or anything else) I couldn't remember the password, so had to recover it. I did that and when putting my email address, it generated a Username that is a number. I created the new password, and when logging in, it goes to a new account, different than my actual one (which keeps working OK in my phone) so it doesn't reflect my plan or show my playlists or anything.

So from the Laptop I can't log it to my account, can't use Spotify.

Please help.

Cheers

Hey @user-removed,

Could you doublecheck the email address you're logged in with from your phone?
The account you're logged into on your laptop seems to be a different one.
Thanks!
