Using Premium in Cambodia

Hi-I'm wondering if I understand this correctly!   Spotify doesn't work in Cambodia but if I have a premium account then does that mean I can still access all of the music I've downloaded while I'm there?   Also-will this only work for up to 30 days-Spotify site says you need to log-in to your account every 30 days so I take that to mean I can only access my music downloads for up to 30 days (I'll be there at least 3 months?

Hi @nickarma-gb! 99% right! Premium users can use their accounts anywhere abroad indefinitely, so long as they maintain their premium membership. What this means is that you can decide to use your account offline if you're expecting poor internet connectivity, but otherwise it's not a necessary step.

So while in Cambodia you can use your account offline or online, as long as you are a premium user.

In regards to offline tracks those "expire" after 30 days. To get them back all you need to do is connect to the internet and the app will check to make sure that you are still a premium user. If you are, you get another 30 days. If you're not, the songs will be removed until you re-enroll for premium.

Thanks for your reply-very helpful. So, just to check, even though Spotify isn't available in Cambodia I can still log-in to my account (minimum once/30 days) even though I may not be able to access any music I haven't downloaded??

@nickarma-gb Correct. You can use your account in Cambodia if you already have one. You cannot create a new one there because Spotify is not availible in Cambodia.

Hi - can I just check if your spotify premium account worked in Cambodia after all?  I've just moved here & can't get my free account to work but am happy to upgrade to premium if it works here?
