Why Spotify blocked Premium users in Iran?!!

I'm a premium user and I had subscribed in Australia and now I had to travel and stay in Iran for a few monthes.
Isn't it against the user agreement that you have blocked accessing Spotify servers with Iran IPs?! I thought as a premium user, I should be able to use the service worldwide. Please give me an acceptable answer and don't tell me that Spotify is not available in Iran since I know that and I didn't purchased my premium membership in Iran, I'm just staying in the country for a period.
P.S. Pease don't suggest other ways like VPN connections, I know that way but it's so annoying to connect the VPN each time I want to listen to a single music track and of course using those services is illigal in Iran and against the country rules.

Hey @yhosseinpour,

You should be able to use your existing Spotify Premium account, even in Iran. Are you getting any error messages when trying to access Spotify?

Also, a screenshot that shows this issue could be very helpful.

Have a same issue. I have checked with the "apresolve.spotify.com" which is the resolver of offering the "CDNs", "Sites" or "Accesspoints" ( I dont know the exact architecture) to the App. based on many factors such as Location, Connections, Distance or else. 

The problem is that the Site Servers which is based on US are blocked the requests from IP addresses Located in Iran. but there is no issues with other CDNs outside the US (England, Germany, ....). thats why the people who wants to using the app from iran have an stocked experiencing in "Connecting..." status and it wont connect most of the times. however, at the few times it might connect after some times waiting and thats probably due the resolver might offer a server outside the US. 

for better understanding you may try to ping the sites below. (of course you can do it twice either with an IP from iran and non-iranian IP)

gew1-accesspoint-b-fqs1.ap.spotify.com , 104.199.65.99

as expected, the first site Located in Sweden is responding to all requests to either iran and non-iranian IPs but the second site located in the US is responding pinging requests comes from any IP addresses but Iran.

Thus, there should be an issue behind this since if the spotify really wanted to block any accesses from iran then why they did not do this completely?

Same Problem Here. i contacted with spotify online support. they had no idea why this is happening. they even complained that why i can not use spotify in Iran even though i have premium. That's one of main perks of premium account !!!

they filled a ticket for me for further help. but no one contacted me since that day.

The problem is that we can’t connect to the servers.

Without an error we need to use VPN for it

but I’m gamer and I can’t use VPN on my PS4
