Using Spotify as a tool for music when livestreaming or uploading videos on youtube?

So I've been wondering, can I get copyright issues if I play a livestream of me playing games, while playing the music from Spotify to the stream? And what about using it on youtube videos?

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this but didn't really know where else to go.

Spotify is only licensed for personal use. You may not stream out any music on Spotify on youtube or whatelse.
