Using Spotify with 2 different Sim Cards

Hello,

I would like to get Spotify Premium because I only have Internet at work here and I'd like to listen to music at home, too. 

But I am changing my SIM cards sometimes, because I have a German one with 500MB internet and a spanish ohne with 3GB Internet per month. So I would like to use Spotify Premium with both of them.

But with the free account I only can login with my German Simcard (I log in via Facebook) and if I try with the Spanish SIM there is a remark "you are trying to login from another country" and it doesn't work.

So will Premium Work for both of them or not?
