Using a german premium account in Brasil

I am on a vacation trip in Brasil for some days, and I am in Germany now and have a premium.

Now my question: Am I able to listen to Spotify while I am in Brasil ?

With Spotify Premium, you can listen to music on anywhere without country restrictions.

Hello, I'm using my German spotify account in Australia. It worked great for 8 month. But since yesterday I cannot log in anymore and it says that log in failed because outside of Germany I can use Spotify only for 14 days.... how did that happen after 8 months? Thank you in advance.
