Using multiple accounts on Family Plan

Hi everyone,

I am having an issue where I cannot link my previous Spotify music to my Family plan account with my girlfriend. I had a spotify premium by myself connecting to my facebook for years. My girlfriend converted her account to a Family premium and I joined. 


I have tried going to Social and connecting my facebook via Spotify, it loads to facebook and nothing happens. I have removed my Spotify account on facebook manually and attempted to re-connect with no success.


Last thing I noticed was she sent me an invite to my e-mail to join the family plan, I have accepted multiple times and it keeps showing pending. I'm not sure if this is the root cause of the issue but I don't want our music mixed together.

 

If anyone can help, that would be much appreciated.

Hey @datkern,

 

Thanks for reaching out. To use the Premium for Family subscription, each family member needs to use their own account. 

 

We have more info on this here. We hope this clears things up.
