Using promotional link doesnt work

Hi, 

Received a promotion by mail today pointing to: 

https://www.spotify.com/nl/purchase/campaign/3for1/?utm_source=spotify_email&utm_medium=growth_conve...

But when selecting my bank an error comes up. 

This should cut into your cenversion rate 😉 I wanted to try paid spotify for first time.

Hi there. Sorry to hear your having trouble signing up with a new premium account! I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form. Make sure that they have all of the details of what you are trying to do here.

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email.
