Verified label account suspended without prior notice

Hi i have a verified label account with big playlists. I got an email my account is suspended . I really have no idea what could have caused it and i am shocked that this has happened without prior notice. This all happened last Monday and even though i talked on 10 different instances > 15 people via the chat nothing has changed. The only answer i get is that it is sent to the escalation team. In the mean time my label is falling apart because the playlists are very important for my promotion. Im reaching out here because i have no idea what to do. 

What is very frustrating is that all the people in the chat say 'dont worry' but this is already a major problem for my label. As said; the playlists are the backbone of my promotion and artists are already exploring options elsewhere for future releases . 

Spotify please help!
