Wow, I get these type of responses from free tech support - LOL

I have the same problem, can never contact them, and if ya want to cancel almost impossible.

They will keep billing ya. Go to ripoffreport and blog about them , they might even go up to bat for ya.

I have thought about cancelling, because i stopped uisng it so much. Message me back

Also support that is supposed to look like support but does NOTHING. Very friendly replies about how happy they are to hear from me and then ask me questions to "clarify" - what playlist does this affect? All of them. Am I just using my iPad? Yes. Yes. Yes.i've already answered these questions at least twice. Read the emails that you are so happy to get, dummies.

I know (I think) my problem has something to do with the sort option being somehow "on" but I only want to sort manually. I can't get it "sort" to shut up and go away.

And yes - I am getting no support from Spotify. Just b.s.
