WTH Cannot Reset Password?!?

Reallly really rreally frustrating.  Have not used spofity in a whille figured I'd give it another try, but with all of these problems I do not see why it would be worth it.  I cannot access my account, tried to reset password and i get "could not update your password" over and over again.  All I want to do is change my password so i can use my account WTH is going on. and of course theres no way to contact customer service!!!!???? sooo annoying. I dont use twitter cant tweet somebody tell me what to do

Could you try clearing your browser's cache/cookies? Also, using an incognito window or a different browser/device could worth a try.
