Want to delete Facebook

I PAY for Spotify and feel it is a fantastic service. Facebook is free however and easily hacked and full of advertisements and stupid juvenile applications and 'games'. Why do you force me against my will to have facebook?????

These days you can create Spotify account without need to Facebook.

Don't think you understood or rather I may not have explained properly. I joined Spotify through facebook and when i deleted my facebook account it was automatically reactivated AGAINST by will by the clever people at Spotify when I opened thier program on my PC.

If account is created with FB, you need active FB account. If you de-activate or remove completely FB, Spotify will be de-activated or removed completely too.

If you have subscriptions, they can't be transfered to another account. But contact to Customer service from About us section and ask for help to remove possible subscription.

After that you can register to Spotify using email and resubscribe again to service you like like Free, Unlimtied or Premium.

You logged in with Facebook. Doing so (obviously) reactivates your Facebook account.

If you signed up while Facebook was mandatory, you will have to create a new account to continue using Spotify without Facebook. Sucks, but although Spotify doesn't require Facebook anymore, they're still very attached to FB and the interests of Mark Zuckerberg go above the interests of Spotify users.
