We are currently not able to redeem this code

Yesterday I bought a code in a store and when I tried to upgrade this was the message I got... I´ve tried atleast 5 times...

"We are currently not able to redeem this code"problem

 

If you could get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form @kris77 they will be able to give you a hand getting that redeemed.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

This I don't think is the same thing but I was sent an email that offered me a free 30 days of preminum spotify to return and it won't let me click on the button to add it

I got a gift card over the holidays. It has 30$ and i want Spotify premium. Everytime i enter it it says it is not redemable at this time. I currently have 56 days of my other membersip left. It says i can convert those into primium days as well as have my 30$ put towards Primium days. I would love to have some assistance. 

@Rachelrodenberg - If you are currently on Spotify unlimited paid for via gift/ecard I did not think you could convert the time to premium days. Where does it say that exactly?

My code isn't working either, i tried going back to the store where i bought it but they say that they can't do anything about it. What do i do?

"This code cannot be redeem right now, try later" or something similar to that...

or wait, it's "we are currently not able to redeem this code, please try again later"

Definitely something not right. If you could get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form including the code they will be able to lend a hand to get it redeemed on your account. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Yeah i saw that someone wrote that before and so i contacted the support center via the contact form, i just got an email and my problem is taking care of right now, i hope...

@alexwinther -- support should be able to help out in any case, but you're currently on an Unlimited subscription so only redeeming another gift card for Unlimited will work -- you can't directly upgrade to Premium via giftcards. Which subscription type is it you're upgrading to?

   Hi, this month I got a premium spotify gift card and when I went to redeem my code it says this code has already been used. An when I went on to my account I'm not getting the premium thing that I bought.

Hiya. Things like this can ony be sorted by the payment team. Please use the online contact form to get in touch. If you get an automated response directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly to speed things along.

I am also having this problem. I bought five gift cards and one of them gets we are not currently able to redeem this code error message.
