What is wrong with Spotify?

What is wrong with Spotify?

First off. Spotify has some of the worst customer support I have ever experienced. I use ALOT of applications and work in computer development so I am no stranger to how things work when it comes to UI and customer support. I repeatedly ask for help from Spotify and repeatedly either get no answer, answered a week later, or given some stock answer that I have already checked and is not relevant to my particular question that I make sure to include as much detail as possible about so there is no misunderstanding. I know I am not alone. Others have complained about the horrible customer service Spotify has. I am a Premium member!  Can I please get Premium support for my 10 bucks a month?!?

Ok. My question is why is it I have an iPhone 4. I have the Spotify app installed. I have installed it and reinstalled it several times just to be sure. It keeps telling me my 48 trial is over when I log into my account and will not show me my PREMIUM account info even though I am logged in, on the app, and my computer, with the exact same account of my PREMIUM account. Further more it refuses to synch my 3rd gen iPod. What is the problem with Spotify? Is it that they are so big they toss customer service out the window? Quit being so typical Spotify!!!

YES, spotify just doesnt cut it;

what we need to do is keep ea other aware of when the next big music service comes along then ditch this program;

their support are just auto robotic emails,

has great sound but have to do acrobatics to get player to work,

ea update renders the player to be slower and more prone to crashes;

they list albums that dont even exist in an artists discog, as if orig album titles mean little;

After some 30 minutes of listening, the player becomes silent with a message to the effect there is a problem with my ISP and that Spotify is looking into the matter. There is no error message number. This same message has been appearing for months

I have removed all traces of Spotify from my PC - program/registry/CCleaner - and reloaded, but same problem appears.

It would appear that the technicians at Spotify are incapable of addressing the issue and that the plain ordinary listener has to continue to jump through the hoops.

Windows7/Firefox25.0.1/Virginmedia fast cable.

@danielley1020 - First thing to try, does a clean re-install make any difference?
