What's the period of validity for spotify premium?

So if i buy the 3 months for 1€ is today the last day for the first month or does it last 30/31 days and then the next payment is required?

Welcome to the Spotify Community. One month on a Spotify subscription lasts 30 days. That means a three month subscription would last 90 days - so if you were to purchase today (31st December 2017) your subscription would end on 31 March 2017.
