When I try to enter a 3 month premium code, it says something went wrong.

When I try to enter a 3 month premium code, it says something went wrong.

Hello!
I had premium for a few months (Since June I believe) and my premium recently expired. So today I went out and bought a 3 month prepaid premium card from my local Walmart. I have tried to enter the code at least 6 times now, on 2 different devices and every single time it has said "Something went wrong. Try again or get help." When I click on the link, there is no solution to my problem. I know for a fact the card has been activated since I have the receipt to prove it, so I was wondering if anyone could help me out with my issue. Thanks!
