Where to remove old offline devices

I am trying to reset my offline devices, as several of them no longer exist, but every article leads to a 404 link and I see no options in my settings.

There used to be a site where you could do that yourself, but right now, this can only be done through Support: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/.

My old phone broke (its display, I can't navigate it anymore) and now I have logged in on my new one but I can not download any songs because it tells me that the limit for devices using offline services is already reached... What can I do?
