Whole nickname not showing up on mobile?

So when I am on my desktop app my entire username displays as "e.c.wolf" but when I'm on the mobile app (iPad) all it shows me is "e.c." There also appears to be another user with the exact same nickname as me and my profile does not show up when you search the name. Any idea why this is happening?

Hi,

Did you connect facebook to your account? If so, how do you logon? Do you use your facebook account to logon? Could it be that you logged on using spotify on one device and facebook for the other?
