Why can't I edit my playlists anymore?

Hello! A few days ago I logged out of my account. When I logged back in, all my playlists were gone. I still can find them through the search bar but I can't edit them anymore... Can anyone help me please?

When you log on to Spotify on a different device if available, do you see your playlists there? 

You can also try a clean reinstall of the Spotify app following these steps.
