Why can't I reset my password?

If I try to change my email it says:
"We are currently unable to process your request for security reasons. Please try again later."
I've had this problem for a few days now so I don't know how reliable "Try again later" is.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

Can you please...:

1. give it a try in another browser
2. give it a try on another device
3. try it in an incognito/private browser window

If adding a new email, also make sure that the email address you're trying to change it to isn't taken.

I have been having this problem for years. Whenever I go to log into Spotify it says my password is incorrect so I go to reset it but when I get to the reset screen and input the new password it says there is a problem and to try again later. I have tried multiple times and it never works. I cant even log in with google.

When i am trying to reset my password by the link they sent to my email it says oops something rong happened try again later i mean when i click on the link a page pops up that asks me to type my password twice and after i click on send button it says that try again later
