The current plan is shown as Spotify Free but I am in a Premium Family Plan

How do I change the current plan to show it as a family plan. I have tried uninstalling / re installing the app and clearing the cache without success

Family Plan

I upgrades my plan to family plan. I added all 3 of my family members. 2 have no adds and 1 still has adds. We have tried taking him off and re-accepting the invitation. Does not seem to be working. What can I do?Thanks!!
