When trying to switch to a duo account form a family plan it just says there was an issue try again and nothing works. What am i supposed to do? I confirmed it’s the correct address.

If you're currently the owner of a Premium Duo plan and would like to join someone's Premium Family plan, you'll first need to cancel your subscription and wait for it to end. Once it has ended, you'll be able to accept the invite. 🙂
