Family Plan

I upgrades my plan to family plan.  I added all 3 of my family members.  2 have no adds and 1 still has adds.  We have tried taking him off and re-accepting the invitation.  Does not seem to be working.  What can I do?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

I recommend making sure that they're using the same account within the Spotify app that they've used to accept the invite. They can log in at https://spotify.com/account and check if the username matches the one they're seeing within the app under Settings > Accounts. 🙂
