My Question or Issue

Hello. I am willing to start advertising my mobile game app on Spotify Ad Studio. As my game is for both IOS and Android users, I am a bit confused about how to get people to install my app. Also, I couldn't find any objective goal for my campaigns as "app install" to have a better understanding of how my advertising helps my business. Does anybody know what can I do?
