Why cant I use my old email that I deleted over 7 days to make new account?

I deleted my old account by accident and just saw that it's have been permanently deleted so I try to use that same email to open new account but It says that this email has already used. I wanted to used that same email to open new account, please help me. Thank you in advance.

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community. I'll be here to help you clear things up. After you delete your account, you have 7 days to cancel this and get your account back. However, the whole process of the account deletion itself can take up to 30 days. This means you might not be able to use your email address to create a new account after this period has finished.
