Why do i keep loosing my offline lists?

I keep loosing my offline lists. I got premium. I've been charged and my status is premium. But time to time i need to redownload all my musics to listen to them in offline mod. WHY?!

Well, you can have up to 3 devices in offline mode. 

That means that if you add a fourth device on offline mode, the first one you added will get deleted. 

That could be a reason.

Yeh i know that but i have only 2 devices 😕

Try removing all offline devices from your account. you can click 

https://www.spotify.com/account/offline-devices/.

Sometimes, there is  a system error that saves offline music in two different temporary memories on your device. If you have them deleted, the account will refresh. Try downloading the offline music again. That should work.
