Why do not I get a Premium Account ???

Why do not I get a Premium Account ???

 

 

 

 When I try to buy a premium account I pay with PayPal. After the payment, I always land on home page and can start from scratch. But it does not work, why not? Hoping for help greeting

Thank you for the confirmation. You can sign up for Premium here to get started. You'll be asked to provide your payment info to check to see if the card is valid, and so that your subcription can renew every month. Keep in mind that if you have already have tried Premium, you'll be charged the regular rate for Premium.

Hello thanks for the information.

But it does not work. I have a free account and want to test the premium account. As payment I give PayPal. I am directed to the PayPal site where I confirm the payment and then it goes to the beginning again and I can start over. And again and again. I do not know why. greeting

Could you try doing this using another browser or incognito mode to see if that helps? If that doesn't help, could you try doing this using another device?

 

If you're still having trouble, could you send me a screenshot of an error message being shown when you attempt to upgrade? Please hide sensitive info when posting to the community.

Hello, I tried it on the phone with Fitefox in private mode but it does not work.

I start from here and after I receive my payment i'm back her. crazy **bleep**

Could you try using your Premium content, such as checking to see if you hear or see any ads, and if you're able to skip without any issues?

 

If those doesn't work, could you try this using another device to see if that helps? Also, please make sure that you entered your payment details correctly, or you can also use another payment method to see if that does the trick.
