Why has my account been downgraded to free despite payment for premium?

Why has my account been downgraded to free despite payment for premium?

Despite payment for premium, everytime I open the app it forces me to downgrade to free before allowing me to listen to music.

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

If you see the payment as successful in the Receipts section on your account page, it'd be best to contact our customer support team for further help, but if you don't see the payment there, it means the payment hasn't gone through. You can try reactivating the subscription using an incognito window and a different device.

Last week i subscribe to spotify duo and when I check the library it can't download any single song and there no symbol for download the song.

Why got charged twice every month in the  premium account 

Payment successfull but didn’t get the premium, the amount is debited
