Why is spotify still charging me?

Why is spotify still charging me?

Even though my subscription was canceled, spotify still charges me with monthly fees. I was even charges twice in one month.i would like this to stop, and also I would like my account fully deleted with no more charges.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

If you could get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to get that cancelled and your accounts closed for you. Unfortunately if you are still being billed then you do still have an active account with a subscription somewhere. 


If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
