Why is spotify taking money from my credit card?

Hello Spotify. I do not have a spotify account and I have just noticed that since a few months back there has been money going to spotify at the end of every month. How do I stop this and how do I get the money that has been stolen refunded?

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this. If you have definitely never subscribed to Spotify yourself, they must have gotten your card details from someone else so I would strongly suggest you alert your bank or card issuers fraud team. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
