I HAD spotify family premium.  I have been signed out of everything.  now I cant sign back in... I reset my password, and NOW my family premium is gone.

My account is screwy.  Please help.

that's kinda sad to read. Sorry for the question, but are you sure you are using the right e-mail? Also you could've reset the password for another account, is this possible?
