Windows Phone: Local Files and Search for individual files

I am using windows Phone and have no intention to switch to another system. Is there any short term plan to include the two following basic features (already available for Android and IOS) to the Windows Phone App :

- Listen to local files with Spotify

- Search for individual titles in My library
