Won't let me cancel free trial

I am trying to cancel my Spotify Free Trial before my first month is up so it will not charge me for premium from now on. On the Help page I read how to cancel my subscription, but I can not complete step 3. I went to the Subscription page and logged into my account, but then on my Subscription page the "Cancel your subscription" heading with the "View your options" button is not on the page. I need to cancel my subscription today or I will be charged for Spotify Premium.

Hi, sorry to hear you're having trouble cancelling your trial. Have you tried accessing that page from another browser? You might also clear your cookies and cache.

If that doesn't work, please use this Support Form to contact Spotify directly, as this type of account issue can't really be resolved within the forums. When you get an email, please reply, even if it's from a no-reply address; you should then hear from someone at Spotify with 24 hours. Unfortunately, there's not a quicker way to deal with this, but please explain you're situation, and they will do everything they can to help you. Thanks.

If you don't have that option it generally means your account is not on Premium or has already been cancelled. What does it say on your subscription status here?
