Wont let me change email.

It keeps saying something went wrong try again.. im just trying to change my email to my new personal one.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. 

Just to confirm, are you following these specific steps to change your email address? 

If so, we suggest that you try again from a different device and make sure to use an incognito window. It's also worth giving a different internet connection a go to see if that makes the difference. 

If the aforementioned steps don't do the trick, could you send us a screenshot of the error message you're getting? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.

I have the same issue here. There is no way I can change my old email that will be dismissed in September (**bleep**) to my personal one (**bleep**). I'd really need to swap it with this one in the picture because the former one will be offline starting September 1st.

Problem solved, just managed to reach out a "human" being in the live support and he did it in 5 seconds.
