Wrong Country

I live in Brazil and have USA set as my country in my profile, and I don't know why.

If I try to change it, the drop-down menu is grayed out, so I can't click.

I'm not using any Proxy and if I use any IP Lookup service, it shows my city and country, as well as my ISP, all correct.

Moreover, I can't even upgrade to Premium because it doesn't accept my credit card, as it is from another country (which I don't understand because it's an international card), so the payment is not accepted.

What should I do? Thanks in advance.

Just use ip-lookup.net and you'll see it points to Brazil.

Hey @bizoiador - welcome to the Community!

We're not fully launched in Brazil yet so you won't be able to change your existing account's country setting to it, but you can request an invite for a Brazilian account from here.

Same problem. I live in Romania but the contry in my app is Germany and greyed out.
