Wrong Facebook Email Associated WIth My Account

Hi!- When I signed up, the wrong email address is linked with my account. It is not my current FB email address, but one I used a long time ago (and is no longer working). 

How do I fix this?

No. It says it must be changed via my Facebook profile

But the email address linked with the Spotify account does not correspond with the email address in my Facebook profile.

If you go to https://www.facebook.com/settings is your primary email address set correctly there?

So in Facebook the email associated with my account is zach.xxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.org and in spotify (even though it says it is pulling from FB) it has my email address as zach@xxxxxxxxx.com

How long ago did you change your primary email address on Facebook? I'll try changing this for you manually.

Back in May (May 30) a user asked how to get Spotify to recognize a primary Facebook email address different from the one Spotify shows. I have the same issue. My Facebook account has shown my current preferred email address for months, but Spotify has not picked up on it.

How can we get Spotify to register the current email address?

If assuming you are logging in via Facebook and therefore can't edit the email address field on your online profile?

@user-removed - If you can't update your email address from your online profile, you will need to get in touch:

If you could drop the support team a quick email here they will be able to lend a hand:

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I have the same issues, now I tried to log a support request but it send the email to my wrong email account, this is an old deleted account and not the primary one associated with my facebook account whats going on?

I have the exact same problem, and even I sent a question to the spotify team, they could not give me the solution since the email stated is wrong.

please help me solve this problem

I have same problem, askign Spotify for help sends reply to old email account I don't have access to.
