Wrong family plan name

Hey there everyone! 

 

So I've had my account for a while, upgraded to family. But when I invite my family it doesn't show up my name, it shows a person who used to be on my family account (but I no longer speak to). How do I change that?

Hey @user-removed,

 

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to change the address registered on an existing Premium for Family plan.

 

If you move, or enter the wrong details, you need to create a new account and subscribe to Premium for Family on that account. Don’t forget to cancel the plan on your old account 🙂
