Wrong family plan name

Wrong family plan name

Hi, 

 

I just upgraded from premium to family premium. It wasn't clear whose details I was required to enter so the plan ended up being in my wife's name but on my account.

 

A brief search seems to show other people having the same issue.

 

Does anyone know of a solution? Seems absurd that it can't be fixed. Many thanks!

thanks for posting !

 

This doesn’t affect the subscription or who gets charged, i know it might be confusing but currently there's no way to change it.

I can assure you that the correct account will still get charged. 

Please keep in mind that the name gets mostly displayed in the invites sent and it shouldn't affect how the plan works.

 

There's an ongoing issue around this which you can add your vote and feedback here.
