Wrong username linked to cell number through Rogers

I stupidly linked my husbands username/password to my sons cell number, now I can't seem to figure out how to fix it. Now I can't fix my husbands account as his username is linked to my son.  aaahhh can anyone help?
Rogers was NO help when I tried the live chat.
