My Question or Issue

I have a Duo account and when I try to download a playlist I get a message that says "You're Out of Offline Devices" (see image). I have disconnected some apps, but cannot see anywhere on the account page how to disconnect previously used devices. Can anyone help?

Hey @jkingsbury, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

The offline devices can currently only be reset by the customer support team. You'll only need to let them know and they'll take it from there.
