Young child has Spotify payments coming out of her bank account - need help stopping this

Good Morning -

My 12 year old daughter (without my knowledge) started the 1 month free trial for Spotify.   She never cancelled it, so she has had payment deducted from her bank account for the last two months - i am just now learning this.   She has a Spotify account, but it does not have premium on it.   I think she made an old account, forgot the password then made a new one and on that old account is where Premium is being charged.   I would like to speak to someone about figuring out how to get this situation corrected and hopefully refund the two months charges.

I'd recommend reaching out to the Spotify Support team so they can look into this for you.
