Hello,

 

I submitted a support ticket to Spotify about 2 weeks ago now. Spotify username: sena123, Case #: 01000183 regarding the fact that my account was compromised, email address and password are both changed

  

For almost 2 weeks I’m paying for a service that I can’t use while waiting for a reply.

 

I would really appreciate a timely reply from customer service. 2 weeks time for an email response  is really slow and unacceptable. Also the fact that someone can change my email without a confirmation is the worst security I have ever seen.

Normal wait time for customer service emails is no more than 24hours, so I'll get this chased up right away.
