account deleted by someone else! Lost all music!

I have a huge problem!!! Without knowing I have been signing into someone else Spotify account for the last 6 years via my Facebook. This account has not been used by them and only me however recently I moved countries and therefore begun to buy premium idependently as before it was trough my cell phone provider. They in turn started to get emails and did not understand what was happening so cancelled their account and in turn losing all the music i had saved over all those years. Is there any thing I can do to get my music back, keeping in mind I paid on my credit card only three days ago to upgrade to premium?
