account offline

I received an email saying that I was using my spotify uncorretly and that I should delete my app and download again so my account wouldnt be deleted for real! But since i did what I was proposed too, I listen to ONE song and then it stops and says that Im offline even when Im not and I have to close the app and open it again if I want to listen more songs! Can someone please tell me whats wrong????

Can you give us a bit more info on what's going on? We'll also need to know what device, operating system, and Spotify version you're using.
