Hi, i had an acount set up with spotify to be taken out automatically... My account was at 0$ yesterday because i needed to close that account!! SPotify was set up for the 5th of every month and is trying to take out that 9.99.  I just needed to change the account info (which i did) and have it charged on that new info.  But now today the charges are still pending on my 0$ account and my premium account does not work today so far... Does this mean the the acount charge is being reversed?? i need answers.. so annoyed i cant just talk to someone..

Hi csmith1187 - Just as a future note, please try to avoid double posting. In general it just slows down the speed at which we can help everyone. 

 

The best way to resolve payment queries is via our contact form. From there the team can help clarify what's happened.

HI meredith i did this twice because both times they said to go to the forums and try and solve the problem... I also was told to look in the spam email for a solution... Nothing has hit.. i just need the charge to be reversed and know if it wsa because my premium account doesnt work... i also changed my info for a new charge card to be charged on spotify!! can you help me!

Hi csmith1187 - It looks like my colleage got back to you yesterday with an update on your account. Did that email not reach you? It was sent to the email linked to your Community/ Spotify account.

Hey there! For future reference it's best not to post your emails in the public forums.

 

You should have received a personal email from one of our agents explaining the actions taken for your account. Please be sure to have a look in your spam filter too if you haven't already.
