being charged through wireless service

being charged through wireless service

I am being charged through my wireless service and when I go to listen to music I am getting the basic service and I have call my provider and they have also tried to see why I am not getting the premium service that I am paying for, I also sent Spotify an email and the basic response was to log out and back in, which I did that twice and still getting the same basic service. I wish there was a customer service number so I could talk with someone.

@roni1024 - Normally when this happens you have more than one account without knowing. Could you ask your provider for the username of the Spotify account they have upgraded for you?
