being double charged!!

being double charged!!

Had to shut an old facebook account so couldnt log into spotify so opened new account and have set that up but now it looks like im being double charged not impressed sort it out please!

Hello:

 

I went ahead and moved your post over to Help - Accounts & Subscriptions.

 

You might have to get in touch with Customer service to sort this out as it is payment related: "Please get in touch with Spotify via the contact form. If you get an email back directing to the support forums, reply back to that email even if it is from noreply, and the support team will be able to take a look at your issue and you'll hear from them shortly."

 

Customer support should be able to look into your account and see what the issue might be. Lets us know if you have any other issues.

I have had issues also but nobody is helping me. I am thoroughly disgusting with the service!

I cant seem to get through on that and bow ive been charged again!!!
