Huh. Lots of people having this problem for some reason. I haven't heard anything going wrong with Spotify but for now I think the most convinient is to send a message to the Spotify support team directly. You can do it through here or you can tweet them at @SpotifyCares. Make sure to explain them your situation clearly and they'll reply as soon as possible.
