Hey guys, I'm quite disappointed today because after almost 3 years of being a premium user I've lost all my playlist and songs. When I try to log in the process stops and a signs that says "enjoying your trip? Tell us more abroad apotify.com" appears I'll attach the pic.. thanks in advance.

Welcome to the Spotify Community.
 
If you have a Free account, you can only use Spotify abroad for 14 days at a time. In this case, you need to reconnect to Spotify in the country you signed up in or change your country settings from here. To do so, just follow these steps.
